Samson Motorcycle Exhaust Systems, Exhaust Pipes, Caliber Exhaust

 Although a relatively late arrival on the motorcycle scene, Samson exhausts have become synonymous with high performance exhaust upgrades for Harley Davidson customizers. Since 1991, Kenny Samson and his workshop of dedicated craftsmen have stayed loyal to their muse: Harley Davidson bikes.

Much like Harley Davidson can be distinguished by its unique "pop-pop" sound (a result of the single pin crankshaft twin piston engine), Samson exhaust sounds are just as unique. The low key rumble Samson sound is created by the resonance of the baffles pulling air through the pipes and can be found across the Samson pipes and exhaust systems product line.

Although Samson's were initially designed for Dynas, Harley-Davidson's big-twin engine line of bikes with the classic look, Samson exhaust pipes are now designed and fitted for FXRs, Softails and Sportsters.  Modifications to other brands and styles of bikes are also available.

Some of Samson's most popular pipes are its line of Extreme Pipes, Classic Drag Pipes and Generation 3 Big Guns. The Extreme Pipes line of Samson exhaust includes popular pipes like Hell Raiser Daggers, Grim Reaper Slashers and Sinners Piranhas. Softail customizers' favorites are usually from the Extreme Pipe line. FXR riders will usually opt for pipes from the Classic Drag pipes. The V-Rod Samson Cannon exhaust is a feature product of the Generation 3 Big Guns. Popular pipes like Samson Cannons, Street Sweepers and Ripsaws are also part of the G3 Big Gun line and usually outfitted on Softails, Dynas and Sportsters.

Samson motorcycle exhaust systems like the Caliber line and Shogun line are favorites among bikers. Samson Shogun exhaust systems are known for their simple, straight-forward style. But don't think that because they look good that they don't perform. The Shogun line is strictly high performance: well-tuned, great sound, with a definite increase in power and torque.

Samson Caliber exhaust systems are specifically designed with Harley Davidson's Dynas, Softails, Road Kings and Dressers in mind. They are specifically unique because they utilize a 4-stepped header system. Caliber exhausts are known for their sound and looks, but also for their performance aspects. After upgrading, riders notice a completely new personality when they rev their bike. With a Caliber exhaust system, the rider can expect an increase in torque and horsepower as well as marked improvement in fuel efficiency.

Regardless of what Samson USA part you choose–be it pipes or an entire exhaust system–your choice is a wise one. Although they are relative newcomers, Samson Exhaust is a tradition in the making.
